Geethanjali Malli Vachindi gets a new release date

The highly anticipated film “Anjali’s Geethanjali Malli Vachindi” has rescheduled its release date from March 22 to April 11. Initially slated for March 22, the decision to postpone the release was made due to the crowded lineup of multiple films debuting on the same date, including Allari Naresh’s “Aa Okkati Adakku,” Sree Vishnu’s “Om Bheem Bush,” and smaller productions like “Roti Kapda Romance” and “Kaliyua Pattanamlo.”

Directed by Shiva Turlapati, “Geethanjali Malli Vachindi” serves as a sequel to the 2014 blockbuster “Geethanjali.” The ensemble cast includes prominent names such as Srinivas Reddy, Sunil, Satyam Rajesh, Satya, Shakalaka Shankar, Ali, Bramhaji, Ravi Shankar, and Rahul Madhav. The story, penned by Kona Venkat, sees him collaborating with Bhanu Bhogavarapu for the screenplay. The project is jointly bankrolled by MVV Satyanarayana and GV under the banners of MVV Cinema and Kona Film Corporation. Adding to the anticipation, Praveen Lakkaraju is in charge of composing the film’s tunes.

The sequel to the immensely popular film “Geethanjali,” starring actor Anjali, titled “Geethanjali Malli Vachindi,” has garnered significant attention due to the promotional material provided by the producers. After releasing the teaser earlier, the developers of the comedy-horror flick intensified the anticipation surrounding it. Because it is written by renowned screenwriter Kona Venkat, there is twice as much excitement for the film.

An official statement from the producers summarized that the film will now be released on April 11, after an initial announcement that it would hit the screens on March 22.

Being her 50th movie, actress Anjali has invested much time and effort into “Geethanjali Malli Vachindi.” Kona Venkat’s Kona Films Corporation worked with MVV Cinemas to produce the movie. Kona Venkat wrote the screenplay and the story for this humorous thriller. Alongside Anjali, well-known Telugu comedians Ali, Sunil, Srinivas Reddy, Satyam Rajesh, Shakalaka Shankar, and Satya have significant roles in the movie.

With all the actors on the list having remarkable comedic acting skills, “Geethanjali Malli Vachindi” is guaranteed to be a spine-tingling horror-comedy entertainer. “Geethanjali Malli Vachindi” is helmed by Shiva Turlapati, while Pravin Lakkaraju has scored the music for this horror flick.
