Fani cylone devastation – Video of giant construction crane falling on houses

The Fani cyclone that has been threatening the South Indian peninsular for the past few days had a landfall at Puri in Odisha leaving hundreds of villages submerged apart from the severe damages to buildings and trees caused by the 175 kms winds.   So far atleast seven people have been reported killed in the raging storm according to unofficial accounts.

An example of the horror of the Fani storm is a horrifying video of a giant construction crane collapsing from a huge height falling with full force on houses far below.  It is unknown whether the residents of the damaged houses were warned and had fleed from the spot or have been caught inside.
