Earlier this week, a Google employee had tested positive for novel coronavirus in Bengaluru and now his wife has also tested positive. As per reports, the woman had returned from her honeymoon in Italy and was in quarantine after when her husband had symptoms of the disease.

However, the woman had escaped from Bengaluru on March 8, flew to New Delhi and then went to her parents' place in Agra. When the health officials visited her house where there were eight others, they resisted moving to quarantine, and lied that the woman had left for Bengaluru. Only after the police force arrived, they were moved to isolation wards.

All nine family members were taken to the district hospital for screening. After marrying the Google employee in early February, the couple left to Italy, and then to Greece and France and landed at Mumbai airport on February 27 from where they flew to Bengaluru. Last week, the google tecie tested positive for Covid-19 both the husband and wife were quarantined in Bengaluru. After escaping quarantine, the woman took a Bengaluru-New Delhi flight followed by a train to reach her home.Now, it has been identified that the newly married woman has tested positive for corona as well.
