The connection? Both actors play characters named Deva.
In Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Rajinikanth is said to portray a character named Deva. Interestingly, the same name was used for Mammootty’s iconic role in the 1991 Rajinikanth starrer Thalapathy.
Now, in a recently released poster celebrating Dhanush’s 23rd year in cinema, it has been revealed that his character in Kuberaa is also named Deva.
