Superstar Rajinikanth’s much-awaited Jailer 2 is gearing up for its grand promotional campaign, and the makers have now locked the date for the film’s theatrical trailer. The highly anticipated trailer will be unveiled on October 5, just days ahead of the movie’s theatrical release.
The sequel to the 2023 blockbuster Jailer, Jailer 2 is scheduled to hit screens on October 15, targeting the Dussehra festive season. With the trailer arriving soon, expectations are set to rise further among Rajinikanth’s fans and moviegoers.
The makers are also planning the album launch before the trailer release, making the coming days packed with back-to-back updates from the team. The promotional campaign is expected to gain momentum with the trailer, which is likely to offer a glimpse into the scale, action and star-studded world of the sequel.
Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, Jailer 2 features an impressive ensemble cast including Vidya Balan, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Mirnaa, Ramya Krishnan and Mithun Chakraborty in key roles.
The film also has several major stars appearing in special cameos, with Mohanlal, Hrithik Roshan, Shiva Rajkumar and Vijay Sethupathi associated with the project. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music.
