Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth who fell in love and got married in 2004, announced their separation earlier this year. The couple share two sons Yatra and Linga and elders from both the sides reportedly tried to bring them back together in vain. However after several months the estranged couple met up and posed for photos on a special occassion.

Dhanush and Aishwarya's elder son Yatra who is the captain of a sports team in his his school was honored at a Investiture Ceremony. The celebrity couple attended the event and that is when they were snapped together along with their sons and close friend Vijay Yesudas and his wife.

Dhanush is on a career high after his feel good drama 'Thiruchitrambalam' costarring Nithya Menen has been declared a super hit. His next release is 'Naane Varuven' directed by by brother Selvaraghavan.

Aishwarya Rajinikanth on the other hand is on an intensive workout regime and often posts videos of her bicycling and excercises. She is gearing up to direct her first Hindi film titled 'Oh Saathi Chal'.
