Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh broke the internet yesterday after sharing explicit pictures of himself from a photoshoot for Paper magazine. The actor had stripped down to nothing in the series of pictures he shared on Instagram.

Ranveer Singh, in his bold photoshoot, reportedly paid tribute to legendary actor Burt Reynolds, who was considered a sex symbol and an icon of American pop culture. His wife and Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone was apparently blown away by the pictures.

A source close to the couple was reportedly quoted by a news agency as saying, “In fact, she was looped in on this entire shoot from the very start and she absolutely loved the concept. She saw the images before they hit the internet. Deepika has always supported Ranveer and has been his biggest champion. So when it came to doing something totally different, she didn’t flinch.”

Ranveer, who spoke about how he felt about fashion in his interview with the magazine, said, “It’s so easy for me to be physically naked, but in some of my performances I’ve been damn f**king naked. You can see my fucking soul. How naked is that? That’s being actually naked. I can be naked in front of a thousand people, I don’t give a s**t. It’s just that they get uncomfortable.”
