‘Dear Comrade’: Day 1 figures are powerful

‘Dear Comrade’ has reportedly earned Rs 11 Cr (in terms of share & just the Telugu version) on Friday, which was its first day.  Of this, the Telugu States gave the film a very good Rs 7.50 Cr.  

Vijay Deverakonda’s stardom has helped a big deal.  Despite the film being a serious subject, the openings are quite encouraging.  The Overseas collections are profound, making the romantic-action drama a winsome entity at the box-office.

Directed by Bharat Kamma, the film stars Rashmika Mandanna in a performance-oriented role.  There are complaints that ‘DC’ is a tad too lengthy.  It has to be seen if the makers make deletions in the wake of the feedback.
