‘Dasara’ Teaser: Wild, rebellious and intense!

Director Srikanth Odela has surely cast Nani as a rebellious character in ‘Dasara’, a kinetic action drama set in a hamlet named Veerlapally somewhere in Godavarikhani in Telangana. As Nani’s voiceover at the start of the teaser says, the village is obscure and surrounded by piles of coal. 

Starring Mollywood actor Shine Tom Chacko and ‘Dialogue King’ Sai Kumar in negative roles, this film has two other actors who don’t make their presence in the teaser: Deekshith Shetty and Keerthy Suresh. The teaser, therefore, serves as a wild intro to the protagonist’s character played by the Natural Star. For the first time in his career, we see him in a liquor-friendly, beedi-oriented, action-obsessed and violent character.

Set to hit the screens on March 30 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam, the film’s teaser was released today via the social media handles of SS Rajamouli, Dhanush, Dulquer Salmaan, Shahid Kapoor and Rakshit Shetty.

Thota Srinivas, who worked on movies like ‘1: Nenokkadine’ and ‘Rangasthalam’, has penned the dialogue. Santhosh Narayanan’s background score makes an appeal as the teaser reaches the end. Also written by Jella Srinath, Arjuna Paturi, and Vamsi Krishna P, the film has got lyrics written by Kasarla Shyam, Sreemani, Rahman, and Gaddam Suresh.

Sathyan Sooryan’s cinematography, Navin Nooli’s editing, Avinash Kolla’s production design, and the stunts by the Real Satish-Anbariv duo are expected to be awesome.
