Karthika to wed on May 18

Actres karthika will enter wed-lock on May 18 with Merin Mathew, a medical officer working at Blue Mount hospital, Michigan.The ceremony will be hosted at the St Mary’s Orthodox Church ,Thevelakkara at 10 30 am.
Karthika met Merin through a common friend, and their friendship later became a strong relation and when Merin finally made the proposal, she made it a family act by asking him to discuss it with her parents.
The actress who became famous through her big roles in Malayalam films has also acted in Tamil films like ‘Dindugal Sarathy’ and ‘Naalai Namathe’. She still have a few big roles in the coming releases like ‘Pulan Visarani-2’, ‘Nootrukku Nooru’ and ‘Palaivanaicholai’.
The actress is not yet sure whether she will continue with her acting career after the marriage. Anyways she had made it clear that she will be available in the industry for another three months after her marriage to complete a few projects, that she has already signed upon.
