Chiranjeevi has appreciated the makers of 'Maharshi' for making a "well-meaning" film.  Speaking to the press on Friday, director Vamshi Paidipally revealed that the Megastar has liked a particular idea presented in it.

"He has loved the concept of weekend agriculture.  Chiranjeevi garu has also liked the fact that Mahesh Babu's character takes to farming (leaving his stint as the CEO as the world's largest MNC)," the director said.

Weekend agriculture is not an unknown idea in India.  Many techies and other professionals have formed volunteer groups to travel to nearby villages to help farmers with labour work.  They grow vegetables, etc.  This idea is promoted in the climax of 'Maharshi', where a party reveller says that weekends should be dedicated to farming.
