The Tamil version of the popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ has completed five seasons successfully so far with the major attraction being Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan serving as the host. There is great curiosity as to when the next season would start as most of the other editions commenced in July or August.
According to latest reports ‘Bigg Boss Tamil 6’ will go on air from October 2nd Gandhi Jayanthi day. It is said that Kamal Haasan who is in the USA will be returning in the first week of September and will join the sets of ‘Indian 2’ directed by Shankar and shoot continuously for a month.
He will then apparently continue his hosting duties for ‘Bigg Boss 6’ and simultaneously complete ‘Indian 2’ before February when the grand finale also will happen. There were murmers regarding the popularity of the contestants in season five which did not do as well as the previous editions.
Sources say that Vijay TV is this time taking extra care to rope in the most controversial celebrities and mix them with other very popular ones to provide non stop content in the ‘Bigg Boss 6’ house. Talks are in with several celebrities from various fields apart from the film and television line.
