Producer Bandla Ganesh has recently sealed the remake rights of Malayalam film Two Countries. The producer has apparently paid huge amount for the Telugu rights and is now planning to remake it with actor Nani. Sources say Nani, who is on a roll with successive hits Bhale Bhale Magadivoy and Krishnagadi Veera Prema Gadha, is being considered to play the role of a procrastinator husband originally played by Dileep in the original.
The story of the film revolves around a prankster husband, who struggles to bring back his alcoholic life to normalcy. Harish Shankar is likely to wield the megaphone for this rom-com which is currently in nascent stages. Currently, Ganesh has devoted his time to develop his new poultry farm in Uttar Pradesh and chances are bright that the producer might take the film onto the sets this summer. An official word from Ganesh is awaited.
