A spokesman for Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan said the two were in trouble after being arrested in Romania because of European arrest warrants issued by UK authorities.
According to the team, the accusations date as far back as 2012 until 2015 and involve sexual aggression.
In response to the warrants, the Tate brothers vehemently deny all allegations, as asserted in the statement.
The Romanian authorities have said that the UK issued European arrest warrants for the pair in connection with sexual offenses, including exploitation within the UK.
A prosecutor from the Bucharest Court of Appeal issued the arrest warrant for a period of 24 hours in a detention center for the two detainees.
A representative of the court stated that they will deliberate on whether to carry out the warrant on Tuesday.
In a statement, the spokesman said: "The claim, rehashed from 22 years ago, is a worrying revival of a 22-year-old claim that the brothers fully reject."
They expressed their determination to contest the charges with steadfast resolve.
In December, authorities instructed them not to travel to Romania to see their gravely ill mother, who was awaiting permission for their visit in the UK.
The 21-year-old twins, who claim to be of Romanian royal descent, are being accused of a number of crimes, including rape, human trafficking, and operating within a criminal group organization in Romania.
The probe focuses on the exploitation of women through an illicit adult content business that the prosecutors allege was functioning as an organized criminal enterprise. The indictment, published in June, also implicates two female Romanian associates and identifies seven alleged victims. Mr. Tate, a controversial figure barred from social media due to his overtly misogynistic views, has always maintained his innocence and claims there is a plot to hinder him.
