The film industry is filled with fitness freaks and star wives are no less to them. Many of these celebrities are maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular workouts. A recent trend of practising aerial yoga is growing in India recently.

Many celebrities have performed aerial yoga and updated their routine through social media posts. Recently Tollywood star Allu Arjun's wife took to Instagram to showcase her trapeze yoga skills.

She captioned the image "Watching the world upside down". Many have hearted the picture and it managed to get over 2 lakh likes in a short span. Earlier actress Samantha posted her aerial yoga skills and followed by her Shivani also showcased her flex.
