Adipurush, a mythological drama was released worldwide on June 16th, received mixed reviews and was subjected to trolling and criticism for distorting the epic Ramayana.

Om Raut, the film’s director, and the dialogue writers faced a lot of criticism. Despite these issues, “Adipurush” dominated the box office during its first week. As per the data released by the PR team and production house the film has collected Rs 77.53 crore share for six days including GST. Below is area-wise break up data:
