Thamizhisai Soundarajan supports Sai Pallavi in recent controversy

‘Premam’ girl Sai Pallavi is going great guns in Telugu cinema with a number of interesting projects in her hand.  Her recent release ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ costarring Nani has also been well received and her performance has got appreciation.

An insensitive netizen meanwhile body shamed Sai Pallavi on social media which became a point of debate with the majority showing dissent towards the individual.  Puthuvai and Telangana Governor Thamizhisai Soundarajan, who participated in the discussion, expressed her views in support of Sai Pallavi. She said, that she too has been body shamed in the past which hurt her very much but she hit back by rising to prominence through her skill, and hard work.

Governor Tamizhai Selandarajan added that a community that cannot stop women from advancing is trying to hurt them and stop their pace, and that the criticism on Sai Pallavi is such a negative attack.  She expressed her confidence that the talented acterss will definitely make progress beyond what her detractors can imagine. The much loved politician’s statements have been lauded on social media.
