The Sushant Singh Rajput death case has seen many twists from theories abounding on Bollywood media right from suicide to murder and now it has also given impedance to a drugs case. Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty is in the Narcotics Control Beaurue's custody along with her brother Sowhik and Sushant's manager for allegedly procuring drugs from peddlers for the use of the actor.

In the interrogation, it was further added that there is a connection with popular Bollywood heroines Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, and Rakul Preet Singh who is more famous in South India.

Rakul Preet who was supposed to appear in the NCB guest house in Mumbai for interrogation on September 24th opted for the 25th morning and she arrived at 11 am. She was questioned by the officers for almost four hours after which she left for her Bandra residence.

According to Times Now Rakul Preet has allegedly admitted to the NCB of having taken part in the drugs group chat with Rhea Chakraborty. But at the same, she is said to have denied any connection with drug peddlers or of ever procuring or consuming drugs in her life.

On the professional front, Rakul's upcoming films in Tamil include 'Indian 2' directed by Shankar with Kamal Haasan and 'Ayalaan' directed by Ravikumar in which she is paired opposite Sivakarthikeyan.
