The stunningly beautiful actress Manisha Koirala apart from her numerous Bollywood films has also graced the Tamil screens in blockbuster hit movies. She debuted in Kollywood in Mani Ratnam's blockbuster hit 'Bombay' and has also shared screen space with Rajinikanth in 'Baba', Kamal Haasan in 'Indian' and 'Aalavandhaan' and Arjun in 'Mudhalvan'.

Manisha was diagnosed with cancer in 2012 and spent a year at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in the US where she had to undergo painful surgeries and chemotherapy. She successfully survived the disease and has slowly returned back to normalcy.

Manisha in a recent interview has stated that the COVID 19 does not scare her and has cited "“I’ve faced a worse storm in my life. In comparison, this seems easy. I am calm. I am meditating. I am doing yoga. I am spending time with my plants. I am connecting with nature. After years we can hear birds chirping in Mumbai. I am spending time with my parents. I’ve never felt so calm and at peace before,”
