Actress Aishwarya Arjun, the daughter of action hero Arjun Sarja, has said that she has contracted COVID-19. The budding actress is currently in home isolation.

"I have recently been tested positive for Covid-19. I am quarantined at home while taking all the necessary precautions and have been guided by a professional medical team," she said on Instagram.

The actress also urged those who have been in contact with her in the past few days to "please take care."

The actress added, "Stay safe everyone, and please wear a mask! I will update you soon with greater health!"

Her relatives Dhruv Sarja and his wife Prerana Shankar have been hospitalized since last week after they tested positive for coronavirus. Aishwarya's cousin, Chiranjeevi Sarja, passed away a few weeks ago due to heart attack.
