Actor Tharshan, known for his appearance on Bigg Boss Tamil Season 3, has been arrested by the JJ Nagar police following an alleged altercation involving the son of a Madras High Court judge.
Tharshan, who gained popularity through the reality show and later acted in films like ‘Google Kuttappa’, reportedly got into a heated dispute over a car parking issue. According to the complaint filed, the confrontation escalated, during which Tharshan allegedly assaulted the judge’s son Attichudi, his wife Lavanya, and his mother-in-law.
Following the complaint, police arrested Tharshan and a few of his friends who were allegedly involved in the incident.
In response, a counter-complaint was filed on Tharshan’s behalf, claiming that the judge’s son, his wife, and his mother-in-law used obscene and offensive language during the altercation. A case has also been registered against them, though no arrests have been made on that side so far.
Tharshan has been booked under three different sections of the law, and police investigations are currently underway.
