‘Aaviri’ presents the sight of a pre-teen girl who is eerily talking to an unseen spirit. Presented by Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations, the horror-thriller has been written, directed and produced by Ravi Babu, who plays the girl’s extremely worried father.
The girl goes missing and her parents are clueless. Much of the trailer is one-note and doesn’t give any clue. Ravi Babu has a knack for concealing the crux of the story in his trailers.
Mostly shot indoors, the film does look like a low-budget outing.
Also starring Neha Chauhan, Sri Muktha, Bharani Shankar, and Mukhtar Khan in other roles, its screenplay is by Satyanand.
To be released on November 1, this one has music by Vaidhhy. Cinematography is by N Sudhakar Reddy, while editing is by Marthand K Venkatesh.
