After the second phase of the nationwide lockdown ended by May 3, the Health ministry had announced the extension of the lockdown by two more weeks with several relaxations announced in green zones besides many other conditions applied in other zones.
Following the implementation of relaxations, mani shops were opened from Monday, including liquor shops and in many places of the country, there were huge crowds in wine shops. A particular photo taken at a liquor store in Bangalore had turned viral on social media, where women were standing in a queue.
