Is this the massive salary list of Kamal, Lokesh Kanagaraj and other ‘Vikram’ stars?

The ‘Vikram’ fever has gripped movie fans and they are eagerly waiting for two more days pass before the film releases on June 3rd.  It has already been reported that there is high demand for tickets for the film in advance bookings in all centers.

‘Vikram’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Raaj Kamal International and Turmeric Media has music by Anirudh, cinematography by Girish Gangadharan, editing by Philomin Raj and stunt choreography by Anbariv.  The ensemble cast comprises of Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Kalidas Jayaram, Narain, S. Gayathrie, Swathista, Shivani, Mynaa Nandhini, V.J. Maheshwari and Suriya in a pivotal special appearance.

Reports from industry insiders have suggested the salaries received by the main celebrities of ‘Vikram’ which are of course not official.  Accordingly though Kamal is the producer for the film still his salary has fixed at rupees fifty crores.  The rest is as follows

Lokesh Kanagaraj – Rs. 8 Crores

Vijay Sethupathi – Rs. 10 Crores

Fahadh Faasil – Rs. 4 Crores

Anirudh – Rs. 4 Crores

Other cast and crew salaries – Rs. 4 Crores

Production cost – Rs. 40 Crores.

The total budget of ‘Vikram’ is Rs. 120 Crores and it is said around Rs. 5 Crores will be spent for print and publicity above that.  The reports from analysts suggest that the project has already made a staggering Rs. 200 Crores before release.  If the film turns out to be a big blockbuster the gross collection could well be in the region of another three hundred crores.  

With these figures Kamal has hit the bulls eye as an actor getting his highest salary and as a producer the biggest profit in his career with ‘Vikram’
