Vishwak Sen subjects himself to trolls' scrutiny

Vishwak Sen is betting big on 'Paagal'. Call it mighty confidence or whatever, the young actor believes that the film has the potential to change the dull fate of the theatres. The exhibition sector has been reeling under the double whammy of the first two waves of the pandemic and uncertainty over the third wave. Amidst this, the 'Falaknuma Das' actor is supremely confident that 'Paagal' will mint money like anything and revive the theatres' fate! 'Paagal' releases on August 14.
In his recent speech at the pre-release event of the movie, the 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' actor made a rather high-sounding statement. "India attained Independence on August 15. But theatres will attain Independence on August 14," Sen thundered.
It's thus quite interesting that the 'HIT' actor has made a huge statement like this one: "Anybody can tinker with the lion in the circus, but I am the kind who gets playful with the lion in the jungle." This is the age of the Internet and trolls are always eager to make fun of any and everyone. One hopes 'Paagal' will indeed live up to the hype.
'Paagal', starring Nivetha Pethuraj as the heroine, is directed by Naressh Kuppili. Bhumika Chawla has played the hero's mother.
