The much-awaited reunion of Ram Charan and director Sukumar has finally become a reality. The blockbuster combination behind Rangasthalam is coming together once again for a prestigious pan-India film. The project was officially launched with a grand traditional pooja ceremony in Hyderabad, marking the beginning of one of the most anticipated collaborations in Telugu cinema.
The launch event witnessed the presence of several prominent film personalities. Megastar Chiranjeevi attended as the chief guest and sounded the clapboard for the muhurtham shot. He also handed over the film’s script to the team along with producer Dil Raju. T-Series chairman Bhushan Kumar switched on the camera, while prominent directors took charge of directing the inaugural shot.
The biggest reason behind the excitement surrounding this project is undoubtedly the reunion of Ram Charan and Sukumar. Their previous collaboration, Rangasthalam, remains a memorable film in both their careers. The film received tremendous appreciation for its storytelling, performances and technical brilliance. Naturally, their second collaboration has raised expectations across the industry.
Interestingly, Sukumar is said to be preparing a completely different presentation for Ram Charan. The actor will reportedly appear in a never-before-seen avatar, suggesting that audiences can expect a significant transformation in his character and appearance. Details about the storyline and the nature of his role are being kept under wraps.
Mythri Movie Makers, Sukumar Writings and T-Series are jointly producing the film. Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, Vijay Prasad Bandreddi and Bhushan Kumar are backing this ambitious venture, which is being planned on a grand pan-India scale.
The film’s announcement poster has also generated considerable curiosity. Designed around a striking peacock feather featuring shades of blue, green and gold, the artwork creatively blends Ram Charan’s face into the composition. The tagline “You Can Imagine” adds another layer of intrigue to the announcement.
With the launch ceremony completed, attention has now shifted towards the film’s cast, technical crew and regular shooting schedule. The makers are expected to reveal further details in the coming days. For now, the reunion of Ram Charan and Sukumar after Rangasthalam has given fans a major reason to look forward to this project.
