Private hospital issuing negative covid result for money, video viral!

In a shocking incident, a private hospital from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh has been exposed for making use of the pandemic situation in a dangerous manner by asking patients to pay Rs 2,500 to get a negative report for Coronavirus.

A video of this scam turned viral on social media, and the video has a man saying to pay Rs 2,500 and get a negative report for Covid-19 test, also adding that the test report will be having the seal of one of the two government hospitals in Meerut.

Following the rapid spread of the video on social media, an FIR was lodged against the hospital management and the facility was sealed. Further, the District Magistrate recommended to cancel the licence of the facility. The video features a man getting money from people for giving false COVID-19 reports, and the person also informs people to contact him before coming to get the negative report and not to bring the patient to him.
