Last year, when the teaser for Jr NTR's character in 'Roudram Ranam Rudhiram' was out, it stirred controversy. Tarak was seen in a Muslim look in it. But Komaram Bheem was not a Muslim. Then why does he wear the Islamic cap in the movie? Writer Vijayendra Prasad has answered the question.

Speaking to Film Companion, the father of SS Rajamouli said, "They keep on creating controversies based on hearsay. Komaram Bheem is hunted by the Nizam of Hyderabad in 'RRR'. To escape them, he comes up with a camouflage. He projects himself as a Muslim so that he doesn't get caught and executed."

What about Ram Charan, who is Alluri Seetharamaraju in the movie, wearing the pants of a cop? "There is a story behind Ram charan wearing a cop's pants. You will be surprised to see it on the big screen," the writer says.

Last year, tribals belonging to Bheem's lineage questioned SS Rajamouli's depiction of Jr NTR as a Muslim. It seems they will forgive the creative liberty taken by the director once they watch the movie.
