Vijay Sethupathi one of the biggest stars not only in Kollywood but also pan India as well is known for his close bonding with fans and the public. Wherever he is a huge crowd is bound to gather and it was no different on Saturday in Dindugal where he was shooting for his 46th film directed by Ponram and produced by Sun Pictures.
Press people who gathered at the city bus stand where the shoot was taking place were said to be miffed by the crowd not following any social distancing norms and an argument started between them and the film crew. Government officials too rushed there and fined the production house.
Vijay Sethupathi reasoned with the crowd for sometime but when it became futile he went away on a motorbike and the shooting was canceled. It is said that the press lodged a police complaint and then the two sides compromised in the station.
