After the grand success of her directorial debut 'Hey Sinamika', dance choreographer turned director Brinda is most likely to join hands with Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi for his next movie.
'Hey Sinamika' featured Dulquer Salmaan, Aditi Rao Hydari and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles. This film was dubbed in Telugu & Malayalam and was released on the same date as the Tamil version. The film follows the story of Yazhan and Mouna where the latter falls out of love with the former and sets Malar Vizhi to seduce him to make things easier for her to get a divorce.
Now, the new buzz is that Brinda is reportedly said to direct her next film featuring Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role. There are official announcements yet and it is expected that the cast, crew and the name of the new film will be announced soon. It is also reportedly stated that the filming for the new movie will begin in May.
On the other hand, the 'Super Deluxe' star Vijay Sethupathi is waiting for the release of ‘Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal’ directed by Vignesh Shivan, starring Nayanthara and Samantha as female leads. The film will hit the silver screens on April 28th. he also has Vikram alongside Kamal Haasan and Fahad Faasil. His long-delayed film 'Maamanithan' is also most likely to be released in theatres at the earliest.
