The government enforced staggered lockdowns have helped to a certain extent to curb the spread and more important is awareness among the public to stay at home as much as possible, wearing masks, washing hands regularly with sanitizers and soaps and practice social distancing.

Vijay Sethupathi has made an appeal to the coronavirus survivers to donate plasma to help others in their combat against the pandemic. He has written on his social media page Happy to announce a plasma donation program initiated by @drhakkim

A coronavirus survivors plasma will contain antibodies and other necessary compositions that is said to help kill the virus in an infected person when administered.
