Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Reunite After 7 Years: ‘Ranabaali’ Officially Announced!

The combination of Telugu cinema’s ‘Rowdy Boy’ Vijay Deverakonda and leading actress Rashmika Mandanna has always commanded a dedicated fan base. After a long hiatus following Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, their reunion has been officially confirmed. Their 14th project (VD 14) is titled ‘Ranabaali’.

Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film is based on true events that took place in the 19th century (1854 – 1878) during the British Raj. The movie aims to tell the story of a warrior whose history was either hidden or distorted.

The Story: A tale of a great hero who fought against British officials from a region known as the “Cursed Land.”

Vijay Deverakonda: Features in a raw and intimidating look as the titular character, ‘Ranabaali.’

Rashmika Mandanna: Plays a pivotal role as a character named ‘Jayamma.’
