Music director and hero Vijay Antony was last seen on screen in the action packed crime thriller Thimiru Pudichavan co-starring Nivetha Pethuraj and the actor is now all set to return on screens with another action packed suspense thriller in Kolaigaran.

Directed by Leelai fame director Andrew Louis, Kolaigaran deals with a murder mystery and marks the Tamil debut of Australian Indian actress Ashima Narwal as the female lead and Action King Arjun as the cop solving the murder mystery.

Produced by Diya Movies Pradeep and Bofta Media works Dhananjayan, Kolaigaran which was earlier announced as a Ramzan release has now been announced to be releasing worldwide on June 7 to get maximum screens and wide release. The movie has music by Simon King.
