Vignesh Shivan was supposed to direct Ajith Kumar in his 62nd film after the success of 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal'. However, he was replaced in the project due to unforeseen circumstances. We already broke to you that Wikki joined hands with actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan for his next film.

Vignesh Shivan's new movie was officially launched yesterday. Seven Screen Studio, who bankrolled 'Kaathuvaakula Rednu Kaadhal', is funding this film as well. The makers officially announced this flick titled 'LIC' (Love Insurance Corporation) and shared the pictures from the muhurat puja ceremony. The images are now doing rounds on social media.

Seven Screen Studio wrote, "After Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, we’re thrilled to join hands with @VigneshShivN once again Very Happy to vibe with @anirudhofficial for the 4th time after giving a blockbuster Leo We are Eager to team up with @pradeeponelife after his youthful blockbuster Love Today Can’t wait to witness the new avatar of nadippin arakkan @iam_sjsuryah sir in LIC Excited to kick-start #LICFilm with the divine pooja. With Pradeep Ranganathan playing the lead role, Krithi Shetty pairs with him as the leading lady while SJ Suryah and Yogi Babu play the main roles. This project marks the third collaboration of Vignesh and Anirudh. Notably, Vignesh had plans to make this film with Sivakarthikeyan a few years ago but it didn't happen. The camera and editing are handled by Ravivarma and Pradeep E Ragav respectively.
