Ilayaraja is one of the greatest musicians to have existed and he has gained fans all over the world with his timeless music. The legend has composed more than 1000 films in the Indian film industry. The veteran is currently performing live concerts for the fans in many cities.

Earlier this year, Isaignani performed a live concert at the Dubai Expo 2020. Up next, the maestro is all set to perform in the live concert in Madurai Otthakadai on June 26 (Sunday), hosted by Noise and Grains. Now, the latest is that Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu will be joining Ilayaraja in the Madurai music event.

Vadivelu is a legendary comedian and a playback singer in Kollywood. A promo video featuring Vaigai Puyal has surfaced over the internet and is going viral. In the promo video, Vadivelu says that Ilayaraja is the one who made him a singer and he is happy to sing in the legend's live concert in his hometown Madurai.

On the work front, Vadivelu is making a comeback as an actor and singer after a long hiatus in Suraaj directorial 'Naai Sekar Returns'. He will also be seen playing a pivotal role in Mari Selvaraj - Udhayanidhi's 'Maamannan' and Raghava Lawrence starrer 'Chandramukhi 2' directed by P Vasu.
