Kamal Haasan files petition in Madurai High Court

One Aathinathar Sundaram filed a case against Kamal Haasan that he had hurt the sentiments of the Hindus by speaking ill against the epic Mahabharatha in a televised interview. The court had ordered Kamal to appear on the 5th of May.

The Ulaganayagan's lawyers filed a petition in the Madurai High Court praying to be released from the case and also exempt his from appearing in person.
