One of Thalapathy Vijay's biggest blockbuster hit movies is 'Thuppakki' directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu released in the year 2012. A sequel to the film is under talks for many years and now it has taken flight after reports came out that Vijay's next movie 'Thalapathy 65' is going to be 'Thuppakki 2'.

Now Santhosh Shivan the cinematographer of 'Thuppakki' has posted images of the film on his Instagram page without any captions and fans are taking it as a confirmation from the master that the project is very much on. The mega project is bankrolled by Sun Pictures with Kajal Aggarwal and Anirudh also said to be in talks to reprise their roles as the heroine and the music composer respectively. We now have to wait for the official confirmation which is said to be planned on June 22nd when Thalapathy Vijay celebrated his birthday.

Vijay's next release is ofcourse 'Master' directed by Lokesh Kangaraj and costarring Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea, Shantanu Bhagyaraj and Arjun Das.
