It’s known that Prabhas will recommence his work on ‘Jaan’ from November 18. The actor is currently doing his homework for the same.
The production design department is overseeing the creation of many sets at Ramoji Film City. These sets, say reports, are meant to resemble how European countries such as Italy looked in the 1970s and 80s.
This is the biggest challenge before the makers. The sets should not only look realistic but also be of the highest quality. In short, they have to be world-class, especially because any goof-up can’t be afforded when you are shooting scenes (as against just songs) in such sets. This is also the first-of-its-kind endeavour in Telugu cinema. That makes it all the more difficult.
The film, starring Pooja Hegde as Prabhas’ romantic pair, will be a 2020 release. It will hit the screens in Hindi in a big way. Bollywood audience are going to compare its artwork with the best. Making a period romance is not easy, after all!
