Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam was there in Mumbai for a special screening of his latest film, ‘Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi’. He took the opportunity to call on Bollywood’s biggest director Rajkumar Hirani during the weekend.
The duo discussed their respective films (Hirani’s ‘Sanju’ is now a box-office sensation and it incidentally hit the screens on the same day as Tharun’s ‘ENE’). It’s learned that the Telugu director pitched a couple of ideas to his Bollywood counterpart. They talked extensively about them.
It will be interesting to see what is on Tharun’s mind. His colleague, Sandeep Vanga, who too is in Mumbai, recently watched ‘ENE’ with him. While the ‘Arjun Reddy’ director is already doing a Hindi film (the remake of ‘AR’), Tharun could expand his horizons in future, going by his skill set.
