‘Thangalaan’ makers unveil a special poster featuring Chiyaan Vikram and Pa Ranjith!

Pa Ranjith is an unconventional filmmaker who started a new wave in Tamil cinema. He is currently directing Chiyaan Vikram in the magnum opus movie ‘Thangalaan’. Over the last couple of days, social media has been filled with BTS photos and videos from the film’s shooting spot. 

Director Pa Ranjith is celebrating his birthday today and the makers unveiled a new poster from the film featuring Vikram and Ranjith from the movie shooting. Thangalaan is produced by Studio Green and is made in 3D. It also stars Parvathy Thiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, and Pasupathy in lead roles. 

Sharing the poster, the production house wrote, “Wishing the versatile creator of thought-provoking films, #PaRanjith sir, a very happy birthday From team #Thangalaan” (sic). GV Prakash is scoring music for the film with cinematography by Kishor Kumar and editing by Selva RK. The story, set in the Pre-Independence era, is based on the lives of the mine workers in the KGF.
