Chiyaan Vikram's 'Thangalaan' directed by Pa. Ranjith carries one of the highest expectations among the upcoming Tamil films. The hype has doubled after the mind blowing teaser glimpse that was released a few days back. Studio Green has locked the worldwide release date on January 26th, 2024.

English actor Daniel Caltagirone is acting in an important character in 'Thangalaan' and he has given the hot update that he started dubbing for his portions in Chennai. He did not stop with that as he also added that "Thangalaan looks awesome!!" sending both Vikram and Ranjith fans to cloud nine.

'Thangalaan' has music by G.V. Prakashkumar and stars Chiyaan Vikram, Parvathy, Malavika Mohanan, Pasupathi, Muthukumar, Hari Krishnan, Preethi, Arjun Prabhakaran and Daniel Caltagirone. Set in the backdrop of the Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) during the British invasion the film is bankrolled on a grand scale by Studio Green K.E. Gnanavelraja with Ranjith's Neelam Productions taking care of production on first copy basis.
