Thalapathy Vijay fans' anxious wait comes to an end as Sun Pictures has broken the silence and dropped the massive trailer update of 'Beast'. As director Nelson promised yesterday, the production house took to their Twitter handle to officially announce that the 'Beast' trailer will set the internet on fire on April 2nd at 6 pm.

The makers released an exhilarating poster featuring a blood-stained Thalapathy Vijay as a jet pilot. While it was earlier reported that Vijay might play an army officer or RAW agent, now the fans are wondering whether his role is related to the airforce aviator. 'Beast' is all set to hit the screens worldwide on April 13, clashing with KGF Chapter 2 at the box office.

'Beast' has music by Anirudh with Manoj Paramahamsa behind the lens and Nirmal is taking care of the cuts. The principal cast comprises Thalapathy Vijay, Pooja Hegde, Aparna Das, Yogi Babu, Selvaraghavan, Shine Tom Chacko, Sathish Krishnan, VTV Ganesh, Lilliput Faruqui, Ankur Ajit Vaikal and Redin Kingsley.
