Kollywood's much-awaited film Thalapathy 67 is all set to be announced officially soon. The film is expected to be helmed by the talented filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj. As per the reports, Thalapathy 67 has already got its antagonist.

If the latest reports are to be believed, Sanjay Dutt, the senior Bollywood actor who made a pan India appeal through his top-notch acting in the film KGF 2 has been approached to play the main antagonist in the Thalapathy Vijay starter.

Reports also suggest that Sanjay Dutt is highly impressed with the storyline of Thalapathy 67 and his characterisation. However, the renowned Bollywood actor is yet to sign the dotted line. If things go right, this film will mark the Tamil debut of Sanjay Dutt.

On the other hand, Thalapathy Vijay is now filming for his next tentatively titled ‘Thalapathy 66’ directed by Vamshi Paidipally. Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead in the movie and actors Shaam and Sarathkumar are also part of the cast.
