The Independence Day is here and Thalapathy Vijay fans have just recieved a big treat as an official update has just landed. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj fresh from the all time record breaking monster hit 'Vikram' has already let out that he has been scripting his next for the past month or so.

A while ago director Rathnakumar who often collaborates with Lokesh as a co-writer has shared a pic of the duo in an exotic place and posed the question "What is cooking"?. He then has written the numbers from one to ten and has replaced numbers 6 and 7 with firecrackers emojis. It is a clear indication that they have just taken the script to the next level and pretty soon we will have more hot updates.

So far we have the info that 'Thalapathy 67' reunites the 'Master' team of Vijay, Lokesh Kanagaraj, Anirudh, Seven Screen Studios Lalit Kumar and now Rathnakumar as well. There are rumours that Samantha and Trisha are likely to play the female leads while Prithviraj Sukumaran, Sanjay Dutt and Action King Arjun are in talks for three of the six villains.
