Thalapathy Vijay's political thriller 'Sarkar' directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Sun Pictures is hitting the screens worldwide on November 6th on the festive Diwali day. The film costars Keerthy Suresh and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar with A.R. Rahman scoring the music.

Vijay's next movie after 'Sarkar' is firming up with director Atlee already busy with the pre-production work. The duo are teaming up for the third time after 'Theri' and 'Mersal' and Atlee has already promised in an interview that 'Thalapathy 63' will be much much bigger and has asked the Vijay fans to expect the unexpected. Now we have the information that the shooting of the new film will begin in January 2019 with the 'Mersal' team of A.R. Rahman, T. Muthuraj, G.K. Vishnu and Ruben most probably on board. The film is bankrolled by AGS Entertainment and more details about the rest of the cast and crew will be out after Diwali, according to sources close to the team.
