Telangana: Government permits opening of bars, clubs, tourism bars

The KCR government on Friday permitted bars, clubs and tourism bars to re-open in Telangana with immediate effect. Certain guidelines were issued in this regard.

Thermal screening at the entrance of the bar. Or non-touch, infrared Thermometers should be installed. Hand sanitizers should be provisioned. Wearing of masks by the bar staff and crew is a must.

The ban on gatherings, musical events and dance floors continues to be in force. This is an important rider.

Compulsory sanitization of a seat before a new customer occupies it. Deep cleaning and sanitization of the entire bar premises on every morning and evening.

Proper queue management and hygiene conditions must be ensured.

In parking lots, crowd management becomes the responsibility of the owner of the concerned commercial enterprise.

Proper ventilation to be maintained.
