Actress Taapsee, who had started her career in the south, with movies in Tamil like Aadukalam and several Tollywood movies, had turned a most wanted actress in Bollywood after the success of Pink, and starred in several superhit movies in Hindi.

Taapsee had recently returned to Tamil with the multilingual movie Game Over directed by Ashwin Saravanan who had earlier directed Maya, and the movie, which was released in Telugu and Hindi as well had turned a commercial success as well as won critical acclaim.

The latest update is that, Taapsee Pannu has been considered to play the lead role in the upcoming biopic of Indian women's cricket team One day International and Test captain Mithali Raj, who is one of the top players of the country. Taapsee had earlier acted as a hockey player in Soorma, and now is all set to play a cricketer next.
