‘Swayambhu’ Overseas Rights Sold for Record Price

Nikhil Siddhartha’s ambitious period war-action drama Swayambhu is gearing up for a massive release on February 13, 2026. With Samyuktha and Nabha Natesh as the female leads, the film is expected to enter full-fledged promotions soon after the date reveal.

In a major development, the film’s overseas rights have been sold for a whopping ₹7 crore, marking the highest-ever overseas business in Nikhil’s career. The rights have been acquired by PharsFilm, signaling strong global expectations for this PAN-Indian project.

Directed by newcomer Bharat Krishnamachari, Swayambhu is already creating significant buzz within trade circles despite having no promotional material released yet. Its scale and theme have positioned it as one of Nikhil’s most ambitious ventures.

Producers Bhuvan and Sreekar are mounting the film extravagantly under Pixel Studios, with Tagore Madhu presenting it. Renowned cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar is handling the visuals, while blockbuster composer Ravi Basrur is scoring the music.
