Peddi: Ram Charan Shoots Massive Action Block Under Sham Kaushal’s Supervision

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s highly anticipated rural action entertainer Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, continues to make waves following the sensational response to its first-look posters and glimpse. Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, with presentation by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, the film features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead.

The team is currently filming a major high-voltage fight sequence at a large set created by production designer Avinash Kolla at the Aluminium Factory in Hyderabad. Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar, who plays a key role, is also part of this schedule.

Renowned stunt director Sham Kaushal, known for Dangal, is overseeing the action, with Navakanth as the stunt master. The makers specially brought him on board as this action block is expected to be one of the film’s biggest highlights, prompting a massive scale of execution.

Director Buchi Babu is meticulously shaping each action sequence with unique concepts and detailed choreography. The team is reportedly leaving no stone unturned to ensure world-class quality.

Meanwhile, the film’s first single Chikiri Chikiri has crossed 110 million views globally, becoming one of the biggest chartbusters of the year. The film also stars Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma in crucial roles.

With AR Rahman composing the music, R. Rathnavelu handling cinematography, and National Award–winning editor Navin Nooli steering the edit, Peddi boasts a stellar technical crew. The film is set for a massive pan-India release on March 27, 2026.
