Suriya fans are eagerly waiting for his next movie ‘Soorarai Pottru’ directed by Sudha Kongara which is complete and ready to hit the screens but stalled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The hardworking star had planned to start shooting for his next ‘Aruvaa’ directed by Hari with Raashi Khanna as the heroine in April but that too could not go as planned due to the continuous lockdowns.
The entire film industry is in doldrums and are in a dilemma when to start shooting with few wanting to resume work as early as August which is highly unlikely. Suriya is said to have taken the strong decision to start work on ‘Aruvaa’ and another project in which he plays a supporting role only after January 2021.
Suriya is said to have taken the decision after a long thought for the safety of not only himself but all the other cast and crew members and also gauging the reality of the COVID 19.
